Fashion Critic: My Top Ten 2010 Emmys' Looks

Maria Menounos looks amazing in her custom made Ralph & Russo gown embellished with 15,000 swarovski crystals. Love the makeup and hairdo as well.

Lea Michele is a vision in her ruffled navy Oscar de La Renta. The star pairs her gown with gorgeous statement jewels and sexy curls. Perfect!

Kim Kardashian never fails to show her curves in the right way. Here she looks like a grecian goddess in her white and gold Marchesa, rightfully adding a braided soft updo that complements her look perfectly along with the gorgeous diamond accessories.

January Jones certainly provided us with some drama in her blue Atelier Versace gown. The dress is a masterpiece but i would have loved to see her pair it with some jewellery and different shoes, i feel these black heels don't do the dress justice. The hair is also too simple for this look. But nevertheless i would say this is one of the best Emmy looks.

Jayma Mays looks ravishing in this navy blue Burberry gown paired with gold jewels and a shimmering black clutch. Love the detail on the dress!

Anna Paquin arrived in the most unique dress of the Emmys. Her Alexander McQueen golden armored gown has this tough chic edge to it and stands out as a statement gown.

Even though this look has been done repeatedly, Clair Danes manages to give it a fresh and beautiful vibe. Her swarovski crystal Armai Privé gown along with her goegeous bronzed glow make her a shimmering vision! Behold those gorgeous lashes which Danes credits to Latisse!

I am usually not a big fan of Kelly Osbourne's red carpet choices but i have to admit she nailed it at the Emmys with this gorgeous Tony Ward gown that emphasized her tiny waist and makes her look like a dark mermaid. I am not loving the hairdo at all though, i wish she went with a softer do.

Jennifer Carpenter dazzles in her one shoulder dark sequined Oday Shakar dress. She kept everything else simple with just a pair of diamond earrings. Love the look.

Rose Byrne opted for a stunning Gucci gown. The gold trim and center slit give this gown a modern vibe. Kudos for her choice and for knowing how to accessorize it.

Beauty Notes: Hair Inspiration

I'm having a braids moment, wearing my hair like this almost everyday. I can't help the obsession, I just find braids too beautiful and they make outfits look carefree and effortless. The thing is, I've had a thing for braids way before they were the trend on this season's runways. You can choose a different style that goes with your outfit, do it the milkmaid way a la Oscar de La Renta, or the messed up braid at Alexander Wang. I love them at the beach also, keeps my hair from getting frizzy and they complement the beach looks so well, i take it to the night by doing a side fishtail. LOVES IT!

The Business of Fashion: Natalie Massenet, founder and CEO of Net-a-Porter takes us on a tour of the Net-a-Porter offices

Natalie looks divine in her Oscar de La Renta dress and Valentino shoes, as she takes us on a tour of the Net-a-Porter offices. What started out as a team of five has now expanded into hundreds of employees in many departments creating what she calls "the magical experience" . Natalie has always been ahead of the game, with a sharp mind of always embracing change and now with the new Net-a-Porter application for the IPad, she has taken that 'magical experience' to a whole new level.

The offices are the embodiment of modernism and glamour. I love the interaction NAP has with its clients. The widescreen map of the world with a Net-a-Porter bag thats pops in a different location depending on where the purchase is made is really one of my favourite things about the office. It makes you feel like you are in a futuristic fashion movie.

The future has always been Natalie's drive, visualizing it and making it happen. " The best way to predict the future is to create it" AB Lincoln quote that Natalie has on her desk and clearly has lived by to this day.
