I knew from the moment i watched Miu Miu's Fall 2010 collection that it will strike a cord with the fash crowd. I mean how can it now, it's simply amazing in a playful and fresh new take on the season's most prominent trends. What i did not anticipate though is that it will be featured on so many covers! You can't open a fashion mag without seeing this dress, whether on the cover or in the shoots! Brilliant PR but i just think they might have overdone it a tad. What do you think?

Natalie looks divine in her Oscar de La Renta dress and Valentino shoes, as she takes us on a tour of the Net-a-Porter offices. What started out as a team of five has now expanded into hundreds of employees in many departments creating what she calls "the magical experience" . Natalie has always been ahead of the game, with a sharp mind of always embracing change and now with the new Net-a-Porter application for the IPad, she has taken that 'magical experience' to a whole new level.

The offices are the embodiment of modernism and glamour. I love the interaction NAP has with its clients. The widescreen map of the world with a Net-a-Porter bag thats pops in a different location depending on where the purchase is made is really one of my favourite things about the office. It makes you feel like you are in a futuristic fashion movie.

The future has always been Natalie's drive, visualizing it and making it happen. " The best way to predict the future is to create it" AB Lincoln quote that Natalie has on her desk and clearly has lived by to this day.

A Challenge worth winning!

Recently Net-a-Porter, held a style competition to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The online challenge asked the NAP followers to submit a picture of themselves in their most stylish outfits. 10 finalists were narrowed down from all the entries and then the public was asked to vote for the most stylish look.

The winner was announced today, so lucky you Zsofia Cassidy ! The prize is ten iconic pieces from Net-a-Porter.

  There is a sort of freedom in this look that resembles the city style vibe and trend going around now, This look is my style aesthetic in daily life, boho meets rocker chic. It's summer layering done in easy fabrics of silks and jerseys.

  To start with, the main point is the demin shorts and a white tank, which is like a canvas that you can create so many looks with.

  To me any look is not complete without jewelry, I like piling mine and i love statement pieces. The necklaces shown above can be worn with anything and they give this tough chic look to any outfit.   For heels, I paired these purple Louboutins, which give a pop of unexpected yet contrasting colour with the look. They make the outfit more fashion forward and spot on!

  Now for the handbag situation, I wanted something with a downtown cool vibe mixed with a vintage like appeal and of course the perfect fit was the PS1 which has taken the fahsion scene by storm! It pulls the outfit together in such a cool way.

  Sunglasses go without saying when we say Daytime style, it adds allure and mystery. I think they can make a first impression of the outfit, giving it the final vibe you want to go for. This Alexander Wang zipper detailed one is what i was going for ; an edgy look on a classic shape. The zipper details give it a rock chic air.

  Last but not least , my beauty note here would be smoky eyes or defined eyes with nude lips and a bit of bronzer. One of the best eyeliners around , this Bobby Brown cream gel is long lasting, and you apply it with a brush so its less messy for people who don't have steady hands. You can create gorgeous smoky strokes with it.

The Mini Cooper Gets a Fashion Makeover!

Brilliant! The Mini has teamed up with Diane Von Furstenberg, Calvin Klein and Kenneth Cole to customize three Mini Coopers which will be auctioned off. The proceeds of this will go to the amFar charity which is a fundraiser for AIDS research. Now that is what i call fashion for a cause!

Diane Von Furstenberg gave the Mini a splash of vibrant red colour, with lips scattered all over the car.

Calvin Klein lavished the MINI Countryman, which is the MINI's brand new crossover model. Pure elegance in its minimalist approach. Matte black with the Calvin Klein signature adorning each of the front doors in black reflective rubber.

Kenneth Cole simply outdid himself , cladding this convertible MINI in studs on the exterior and interior. I have no words to describe the beauty of this ultra fashionable piece of jewel ! MY FAV!

The New ' It Bag' is the classic small framed. The more clean cut and structured the better. I already have the Hermes Constance on my wishlist. It is To-die-For! The Celine bag also has a cult following. It was the star of Paris Fashion Week! Take your pick !

There are simply no words to describe Givenchy's Fall 2010 Couture collection. Simply put it is a divine presentation of delicately and richly ornamented pieces with the skeleton theme. Chantilly lace dresses that stretched out into ostrich feathers have firmly conveyed Mr. Tisci's new cult couture. The collection is a genius and is definately my favourite amongst this season. Here are my Top looks , especially the first one. Insane!

Stud My heart!

It comes as no secret that I am obsessed with shoes! I actually have tons of obsessions but let's keep that for later :)  So the pre-fall and fall collections are starting to hit stores and my heart is already melting at the sight of some of the new foot candy. First ones are those killer studded slingbacks from Mr. Louboutin, YES I know studs have been there for a while but Thank God they are here to stay because i am still so much in love and with this pair being a good 6" then im sold! The Clou Noeud are proving to be a hit with stars, already seen on Rihanna, Janet Jackson, Heidi Klum, Kim Kardashian and Dakota Fanning (Phew!). The coupling of the feminine bow and the edgy studs had me breathless. They come in Nude and Black, I personally prefer the black colour.
